Design Story
Created for Milan Fashion Week 2022, the Penombre MFW ring, as part of the Penombre series, marks a new phase in Nobahar Design’s research on proportion, tone, and reflection. Each ring is printed layer by layer and finished by hand, making every piece slightly different in depth and colour.
Materials & Impact
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) fuses PA-12 nylon with zero material waste and 40 % less CO₂ than cast-metal jewellery. Moreover, colours come from botanical dyes or low-VOC textile sprays, depending on the shade you choose. Additionally, the ring’s hollow core keeps weight down while maximising strength.
Lead Time
Some shades are dyed to order. Therefore, if your size and shade are on back-order, please allow 21 business days for production before dispatch.

Care & Storage
Store the ring in its box away from direct sunlight. Wipe gently with a damp cloth; avoid alcohol or acetone cleaners. Nylon withstands heat up to 80 °C, finally, remove before sauna or hot shower.
