How are Nobahar Design Milano products made?
Our products are designed by the award-winning designer, Sogand Nobahar, and finished and dyed manually by herself in Italy. We use a range of materials such as 925 silver, 3D-printed nylon, silk and wool to create unique and contemporary jewelry pieces.
Are your products one-of-a-kind designs?
Most of our pieces are in limited edition and some are one-of-a-kind designs. Each piece is certified and signed by the designer.
What is sintered nylon powder or 3D printed nylon?
Selective Layer Sintering is a 3D printing technique that employs nylon powder as the base material. By melting the powdered nylon and sintering it layer by layer using a laser, a solid object is formed. The resulting product is exceptionally lightweight yet incredibly sturdy, making it an ideal choice for creating beautiful and durable jewelry and wall panels. Additionally, the thinner layers have a degree of flexibility, enhancing their appeal even further.
What kind of color and dyes do you use?
At Nobahar Design Milano, we believe in sustainable and eco-friendly practices. To achieve natural colors for our pieces, we use a variety of natural dyes and spices including turmeric, red rose, black tea, and coffee. These materials are recycled from around our studio and home to create beautiful colors that are gentle on the environment. For colors that we cannot yet achieve naturally, we use textile dyes or acrylic paints, always with a commitment to minimizing our environmental impact.

ORDERS
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our website, https://www.nobahardesign.com/onlineshop. Simply select the product you want to purchase, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process. To order decorative object and custom designs please contact us.
Do you accept custom designs and orders?
Certainly! At Nobahar Design Milano, we offer personalization options for some of our designs by adding your initials (where possible), or we can work with you to create a completely bespoke design. We would be thrilled to guide you through the process of creating a one-of-a-kind piece. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Additionally, we are happy to accommodate various color combinations upon request.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nobahardesign.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We offer secure payment options through our website using debit or credit cards via trusted payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe. If you prefer to pay through bank transfer, simply select the invoice method during checkout and we will provide you with all necessary information to proceed.
Do you accept wholesales?
No. Please consider that Nobahar Design Milan is a solo artist with a small brand, so we cannot work on big wholesale projects. However, we are open to working with galleries and concept stores with small orders and will apply a small sale percentage on our retail prices for a minimum amount of order. Please note that we do not work on consignments.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Nobahar Design Milano ships worldwide to wherever possible. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. For delivery within Italy, it usually takes 2 to 4 working days from the day of dispatch. We partner with insured and traceable national and international couriers, such as UPS, Barolini, TNT, DHL, and more.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
