Welcome to Nobahar Design Milano by Sogand Nobahar (“us”, “we”, or “our”) website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the https://www.nobahardesign.com website (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON NOBAHARDESIGN.COM
To place orders on NobaharDesign.com, follow these simple steps:
- Select the item you want to purchase.
- Add the item to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout by clicking on your shopping cart.
- Please insert your Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale) or VAT number in the VAT section or comment area for the invoice.
- Check that all information is correct and then select the payment method.
- Proceed with the payment.
After completing the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with all the details of your purchase. You may check the status of your order at any time by writing an e-mail to support@nobahardesign.com. You will receive a tracking number and a link that will enable you to track your order.
WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver almost worldwide. However, if you want to ship the item outside the EU, please contact us at info@nobahardesign.com before making a purchase.
PAYMENT, BILLING AND VAT
You can pay by credit card (via PayPal) or bank wire. You can also organize a local pickup, but please be sure to get an appointment with us to do that.
Published prices are final and invoices are in Euro. Purchasing on NobaharDesign.com is reserved for final users. As required by international laws regulating commerce and trade of imports and exports, all shipments from NobaharDesign.com are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro. The invoice will be sent by email and attached to the shipment.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We will deliver your order to the address that you provided during the procedure or to a different address specified in the checkout page. For shippings, Nobahar Design Milano uses insured international and national carriers. The delivery time may change according to the country of destination. For Italian destinations, delivery usually takes from 2 to 4 working days from the dispatch day. Nobahar Design Milano shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Nobahar Design.
Shipping fees will be calculated depending on the destination of your package.
International shipments are intended ex-works. Nobahar Design Milano is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees charged by customs.
After Sales Support
In case of breakage of one or more items, the customer must contact customer service by emailing support@nobahardesign.com, indicating in the message the reference code of every single product and the date of purchase. Return for repair must be authorized by customer service. Any shipping/taxes are payable by the customer.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
